1. What if I have never worked buyers before?
   
   Answer: That's great! You will be able to start working buyers the right way from day 1. The complete system will give you the right mindset and the right scripts to start converting buyers from your first phone call.
   
   
2. Will this system work easily and with no effort?
   
   Answer: No, you will need to practice. We include CD's with buyer scripts and Role Play CD's so you can listen to them while you are in your car or at home so you can learn them in your spare time. Our clients who have listened to the CD's at least twice have the greatest level of success.
   
   
3. Is memorization required to make these products work?
   
   Answer: No. The system is designed to work without memorization. Simply listen to the CD’s and follow the advice and the formula for success. You can memorize them if you would like but it is not required to be successful in the system.
   
   
4. What if I don’t have any buyer leads?
   
   Answer: Our Gold and Platinum level systems come with 2 of our top selling lead generating systems (Google Adwords and Blogging System) so you can have more leads to use your scripts on.
   
   
5. What if I really focus on listings, will this work for my buyers agents?
   
   Answer: Yes, this system will work for your buyers agents as well. It was originally developed to help our buyers agents convert leads into appointments, just make sure they listen to the CD's!
   
   
6. Do the scripts work with any kind of buyer not just Internet buyers?
   
   Answer: Yes. The system is designed to work with the modern buyers. Many modern buyers start on the internet but the scripts work with leads from open houses, sign calls, magazine calls, & of course internet buyers.
   
   
7. Is there additional support for this system?
   
   Answer: Yes. There is video instruction from James Bridges, creator of the CD and master behind the scripts, on how to best get started and use the system to your best advantage.
